FREE Western Historical Presentation - Wells Fargo Wagon

The Wells Fargo wagon that took passengers, parcels & mail from Jordan Valley, OR to Murphy, ID is coming down the road as part of the Mike Hanley Wagon Collection.

Mike Hanley is the featured program speaker on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 2 pm in the multi-purpose room of the Nampa Public Library.
Along with all the Owyhee lore Mike has chronicled in his books, he has also collected and restored more than 35 horse-drawn vehicles of all types.

Mike will be sharing from his lifetime of experiences as a cowboy rancher in the Jordan Valley and some of the history of the wagons in his collection.

This FREE event is sponsored by the Western Heritage Foundation and the Nampa Public Library.

There are two buggies currently on display in the lobby of the Nampa Public Library for you to view, which will soon be coming to the Owyhee County Museum!
