Please join us for an escorted tour of the Ada County 9-1-1/Dispatch Center and Ada County Jail on Wednesday, April 15, offered by Ada County Sheriff’s Office.

The 25,000 sf Dispatch Center was constructed on 3 acres in 2017. The jail was constructed in 1977 and expanded several times. It holds minimum to maximum security inmates.

We will start at 9 am at Ada County Dispatch Center (downtown Meridian) and spend up to 1.5 hours before driving 20 minutes to Ada County Jail (near Boise Towne Center Mall) for an 11 am start time.

The jail requires background checks and liability waiver for anyone taking a tour.

Location maps and detailed instructions (e.g., bring govt-issued ID) will be provided to the participants just before the event to your email address.
