The Ocean of Holy Love is a vast ocean of liquid light filled with many colors and healing frequencies. Its energy is gentle, soothing, and deeply nurturing. In meditation, a student may imagine diving beneath its surface and breathing in the radiant liquid light. As the light flows throughout the body, it is said to bring deep relaxation, emotional balance, and healing.
Please dress comfortably and bring whatever helps you to relax, (blanket, pillow, eye-cover, etc). Friendly reminder, bring water so we can stay hydrated!
