Creative Current is an embodied Sacral Chakra activation designed to help you move stagnant energy, reconnect with your body, and open yourself to greater creativity, joy, emotional freedom, and self-expression.
Throughout our time together, we will explore intentional movement, breathwork, meditation, and Sacral Chakra activation practices, allowing the body to soften, release, and return to its natural rhythm.
We will close our journey with a deeply restorative sound bath, giving you space to integrate, receive, and simply be.
