Metaphysics concerns ultimate truths and reality; Science is the methodical study of nature that reveals truths about reality; Church, in its broadest sense, is a community in which collective wisdom and shared experience support us through the many spiritual challenges of human existence.
Founded in 2018 to serve 'spiritual but not religious' 'believers in exile', we profess no creeds or doctrine, guided only by what is reasonably determined through science and philosophy. The dogmatic extremism by both modern science and medieval religion inspires us, as moderate and loving voices, to recognize that the two can and must operate without competing if we are to save the world. Biology and parapsychology affirm that consciousness (the mind, or soul) is not physical and cannot, therefore, be destroyed. Only the body dies, to be left like a jalopy at the junkyard. Earthly life is a school of moral and spiritual learning, inculcating altruism, and responsibility for one another.
