Discover how to conduct Past Life Regressions (PLR) with others to help them uncover hidden inner truths—and gain deeper insight into how to live their current life in the highest and best spiritual and practical ways.

This training is grounded in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) principles and time-tested hypnotic structures, while also honoring profound spiritual traditions and metaphysical realities.

You’ll find the work is both simpler and deeper than you might expect, and while mastery requires practice, it is absolutely attainable.

By popular request, this course also includes a powerful Self-Hypnosis method that is quick, effective, and transformative for personal insight and change. These techniques are inspired by the work of the legendary Dr. Milton Erickson, one of the world’s most influential psychiatrists and hypnotists, and informed by the psychological depth and symbolic wisdom of Dr. Carl Jung.

I am a trained and certified Master Hypnotist, Certified NLP Practitioner and Trainer, and a lifelong spiritual seeker. I have been teaching, mentoring, and guiding others for over 50 years. Today, my work focuses on helping people deepen their awakening while developing practical, ethical, and effective skills they can use for themselves and others.

Course Format
This is a small, limited-enrollment class, designed to be intimate and experiential, with close personal attention to each participant’s learning and development.

Course Outline
Session 1 – February 8
A deep dive into the structure of hypnosis:
• What hypnosis truly is (and isn’t)
• Historical foundations and modern context
• Demonstration, discussion, and legal considerations

Session 2 – February 22
Hypnotic suggestibility and session control:
• Managing sessions safely and effectively
• What can go wrong and how to prevent it
• Potential dangers (including spiritual interference)
• The “woo” side of hypnosis—what can help or harm regressions
• Practice and exercises

Session 3 – March 1
Karma and past-life memory theories:
• Continuity, cause and effect, and religious influences
• How memory, imagination, and symbolism interact
• Keeping regressions on track
• Recognizing confabulation (yes—sometimes people are recalling movie scripts)
• Discussion and practice

Session 4 – March 15
Ethics of Past Life Regression:
• Does factual truth matter?
• What to do when a subject appears to be inventing details
• How (and whether) to challenge a narrative
• Demonstrations and group discussion

Session 5 – March 29
Actual induction techniques:
• How and when to question without disrupting the process
• Managing unexpected questions (“Who are you?”)
• Handling fear, emotional release, resistance, or crisis
• Working with subjects who can’t visualize or feel “blocked”
• Responding to physical sensations or argumentative states
• Extensive hands-on practice
Session 6 – April 12

Self-Hypnosis fundamentals:
• How self-hypnosis works
• When and how to apply it
• Practical applications for insight, change, and growth
• Guided practice

Session 7 – April 26
Advanced Self-Hypnosis and integration:
• Refinement of techniques
• Assessing readiness to work with others
• What else you need to feel confident performing PLR
• Open discussion and Q&A
