well-being, and what better way than to do this with others who are like-minded?!

Enjoy and reap the multitude of benefits that Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and a well-deserved getaway offers.

From strengthening your physical body to elevating your emotional body, to opening up the mind and heart by way of carving out that all-important “Me-Time.”  This group is all about blissfully restoring mind, body, and soul through various formats such as Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Breathwork, Dance, and Travel.

We meet mostly online for Classes, and Workshops/Seminars that can last an hour to a few, along with day, weekend, and week-long retreats locally, and by getting on planes, trains, and automobiles.

All are welcome, however, please note the kind of activity being done for your own edification and comfort level.  Mimi is fluent in English and Spanish so translations are offered where needed.
