## Details
Join SW Photo Club on May 8th to learn from Canon, Nikon, OM System, and Sony Manufacturer Reps about their Camera Apps and how they can make your shooting experience more enjoyable.
Most, if not all, of today’s Camera Manufacturers have Apps that support their Camera systems. While these Apps may differ slightly between Manufacturers, all are intended to help improve your experience with your Camera or add features that can make using your Camera easier or more enjoyable.
In our May meeting, we’ll explore these Apps with the help of Manufacturer Reps from Canon (John Stoilov), Nikon (Alex Rea), OM System (Michael Amico), and Sony (Caleb Timmerman). They will help us learn all about these Apps, and give us a chance to ask specific questions or address issues you’ve had using your Camera’s App.
We’ll use Zoom’s Breakout Room functionality to facilitate having four unique one-hour, simultaneous presentations on this topic before we all come back to our central meeting. If the Breakout Room presentations conclude before the hour time allotment, you’ll have a chance to discuss any other questions you have about your camera directly with the Manufacturer Rep.Because this will be the first time we’ve used Zoom Breakout Rooms, we’ve recorded a tutorial for you to watch before the meeting so you’ll know how to move into the Breakout Room of your choice and then back to the main meeting when the App presentations are done. Click here for a Tutorial on Zoom Breakout Rooms.
For those who shoot Camera systems from other manufacturers (e.g., Panasonic, Fuji, etc.), please slot into one of the three rooms to get a general feel for what the Apps can do for you. You’ll have a chance during the weekend immediately following our meeting to visit with other Camera Manufacturer reps at Mike’s Camera.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO TAKEAWAY FROM THIS PRESENTATION- Learn what features are available to support your Camera through your Camera Manufacturer’s App.
- Learn how to transfer Images from your Camera to your Phone while in the field.
- Have a chance to ask specific questions and resolve any challenges you’ve had using these Apps.

I have not done this meetup in a while but there's the perfect place at the skateboard park at the top of Little Ravens street. There's normally plenty of kids trying out their skills which will give us opportunities to do some time lapses. Bring your camera and telephoto (around 70-200mm). No tripods necessary.
I will go over the camera setting of captures. You should have a basic understanding of photoshop to sequence the images together.
This is one way. I also think you can do auto-blend mode as well.
