What we’re about
Welcome!
This is a ball hockey/dek hockey pickup group, with emphasis on having fun, socializing, and growing the sport in the Metro Detroit area.
We meet at Harding Park in Ferndale every Wednesday and Saturday. The Wednesday games are typically higher skill level and faster paced, while Saturdays are more relaxed and beginner friendly.
Protective gear is encouraged but not required. Many of us wear shinguards and hockey gloves.
Rules:
You MUST RSVP on the app if you plan on attending. If you don’t plan on attending, please cancel your RSVP, as there is often a waiting list. No highsticking or (overly) physical play. Experienced players are asked to give new players some space to learn the game.
