Metroplex Atheists have been meeting every Wednesday night for more than two decades. This is our anchor event for new and long-standing members alike. We are the activist group in DFW, but our conversations are varied. We are in the back corner on the restaurant side. The wait staff will point you in the right direction. We look forward to seeing you there!

Interested in helping decide the activities and policies that affect the Metroplex Atheists? If so, please join us every third Sunday for our Business Meeting. Everyone is welcome! The agenda is set during the week before we meet; you can submit a topic to President Umair Khan and, if time allows, we'll discuss it. Our Bylaws require attendance at three business meetings before becoming a voting member but we have plenty of discussion so you can express your opinion from your very first visit. Our round table forum includes everyone.

If you're interested in just hanging out with the group, we have a group social that meets at J. Gilligan's every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Join us for our monthly Sunday dinner. We meet for food, fun, and conversation. Perfect for newcomers and old-timers alike. We hope to see you there!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Potluck Picnic 🍔

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Memorial Day gathering surrounded by nature at Village Creek Natural Area!

We’ll be spending the afternoon enjoying good food, conversation, and community in one of Arlington’s beautiful outdoor spaces.

This is a casual, family-friendly potluck picnic — but please don’t feel pressured to bring food. Plenty will be provided, and everyone is welcome regardless of whether they bring anything. If you want to socialize, enjoy the outdoors, meet new people, or simply unwind for a few hours, we’d love to see you there!
