We’re hosting our 2025 Annual Colin Seward Winter Solstice Party at Westside UU Church in Fort Worth & YOU’RE INVITED!!

Schedule of Events:
3pm | Party Starts
Doors will open for setup at 2:15pm if you’re able/willing to help.
3:30pm | Let’s Eat
Pot Luck Sign-Up
️ NO ALCOHOL is allowed at this event, including potluck dishes, gifts, & beverages.
4pm | Gift Exchange Game
Bring a wrapped gift with a value between $20-25 to participate.
5pm | Mingle, Shop, & Bid

6pm | Silent Auction Closes
Winning bids are to be paid via donation prior to leaving with an item.
We are accepting donations of items to place up for auction.
6:30pm | Auction Winners Announced ️
Winners that are not present when announced will be contacted by the board.
