In 1991 the biggest dance music act from the 20th century played their first gig in London. It was also the year a certain big name electronic music producer from New York came to the UK for the first time.

Breakbeat hardcore was the music of the moment and we also saw the foundations being laid for what was to become jungle music and subsequently drum & bass.

On this walk we will explore the role London was playing in the rave scene in 1991.
