I’ve been working on this for a while, and I wanted to offer something different for this group.

This is a 20-day live challenge focused on helping you reduce stress, overthinking, and anxiety by learning simple mental tools you can use in everyday life.

This is not therapy.

This is a psychoeducational and skill-building program where you will learn how your mind works and how to guide it in a calmer direction.

## Why this program works

Most people try to fight stress and anxiety.
But the mind does not respond well to force.
The more you try to “stop thinking,” the more active your thoughts become.

This challenge is about learning how to:
• understand your thoughts
• guide your attention
• build calmer mental habits
• respond differently to stress

I’ve used many of these tools in 1-on-1 sessions with clients.
This is a structured, faster-paced version designed to help you build those same skills in a group setting.

## How it works

• 20 days (Monday–Friday for 4 weeks)
• 1 hour per day (11 am to noon)
• Live sessions
• Recordings available if you miss a session

Each session includes:
• a simple explanation
• a practical exercise
• a tool you can use right away

Day 1–2
How your thoughts affect stress and how to begin noticing them
Day 3–4
Training your mind through simple, repeated thinking patterns
Day 5–6
Building a calm plan you can use during stressful moments
Day 7–8
Reducing overthinking and making clearer decisions
Day 9–10
Building consistency so calm thinking becomes a habit
Day 11–12
How your environment and the people around you affect your mindset
Day 13–14
Understanding how your subconscious mind creates automatic reactions
Day 15–16
How your brain processes emotional patterns
Day 17–18
Understanding fear and how it influences stress and anxiety
Day 19–20
Bringing everything together into a simple system you can continue using
