Welcome to the Metro west Local Hangout Crew! If you're in your 20s or 30s and looking for a relaxed, consistent way to meet new folks, hangout with your existing friends and build lasting friendships close to home, you've found the right group!
We're a social group located in the Metrowest area of Boston, MA dedicated to connecting folks who prefer staying close to their neighborhood while enjoying regular, fun gatherings. Whether it's grabbing coffee, having a game night, exploring local events, or just chilling out, we aim to make it easy and enjoyable for everyone to come together.
What we do:
Weekly Meetups: Join us every week for a new activity or hangout spot in the Metro West area for a new activity or hangout spot. From casual hangouts to fun adventures, we'll be exploring various local gems.
Varied Activities: Enjoy a mix of social events, from dining out and movie nights to outdoor activities and more.

Filtered groups: We're all for weird company time to time, but when it crosses the line into creepy behavior, we will block & remove individuals, so we may all enjoy our time together.

Join us for an unforgettable summer experience on the water! We’ll be heading out on a Whale Watch from Boston Harbor for a 3–4 hour ocean adventure in search of humpback whales, dolphins, and other incredible marine life in Stellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary – one of the top whale watching destinations in the world.

Parking:
We recommend using SpotHero to reserve a spot at the International Place Garage, which is currently going for $9 total – a steal for downtown Boston on a weekend! Book your parking in advance to avoid stress.What to bring and know:
- Wear comfortable clothing – it can get chilly on the open water even in July.
- If you are prone to seasickness, please take appropriate medication beforehand so you can enjoy the ride without worry.
- Follow all instructions from the ship's captain and crew to stay safe and comfortable throughout the journey.
We'll try to board together and find seats nearby so we can enjoy the sights as a group. The weather looks promising, so let’s soak in the summer sun and maybe catch a glimpse of a breaching whale!
