About us
The Inkwell Poets Social Writing Circle is a space for anyone who enjoys writing poetry and wants to share the process with others. We get together to work on our own pieces in a quiet, supportive environment and then open the floor to those who would like to share their drafts or discuss works that have inspired them. There is no pressure to be a professional or to have everything figured out; this is simply a place to dedicate time to your craft alongside people who appreciate the written word.
We generally meet to focus on our individual projects, but we always leave room for conversation about our writing habits, the challenges of finding the right words, and the joy of finishing a poem. Whether you are looking for accountability, a bit of feedback, or just a change of scenery to help you get some lines down on paper, you are welcome to pull up a chair. We look forward to seeing what you are working on and getting to know you.
