MLK Day Cohesion

Cohesion Brewing, a place I regularly want the group to Czech out. A common question when visiting a brewery in the Czech Republic, light of dark. Color and flavor in beer have a relationship, but it is not a linear one. Czech beers are often delineated by degree, and that involves the relationship between hops, malt and alcohol.

I love a good word salad, but it's better to visit and learn, taste for yourself. I also love that foam is real, as it should be. So, to that end, do the usual, RSVP, show up and repeat next week. Prosit!
