Price: $50Event Description
We'd like to welcome you to an immersive evening of sound, breathwork, microdosing and somatic healing.
Paired with dynamic sound and the frequency of an (optional) fungi microdose, we will journey through inner emotional landscapes and release stuck emotions, expanding consciousness and returning to the body.
During this session you’ll be guided through The Elemental Rhythm Flow Experience. This breathwork experience combines movement (shaking), along with several rounds of guided breathing and extended exhalations set to a cadence of music. This yin/downregulating activation will calm you down, help you unwind, and bring you to the present moment.
David will then introduce a very specific and intentional guided meditation that has been shown time and time again to help participants experience deep gratitude, ope their hearts through this high vibrational energy, and connect deeply with themselves.
Expect moments of stillness, waves of release, and a renewed sense of clarity. During the experience, Reiki is intuitively integrated to support the flow of energy and deepen the experience. This combination helps soften resistance, release stored tension, and create a greater sense of safety and grounding in the body.
Following the breathwork experience, Linda will guide participants into a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath designed to integrate the powerful energy awakened through breath. The sound bath offers a spacious moment of integration, allowing the experience to settle into harmony and balance.
The rich, resonant tones of the bowls create a luminous and immersive soundscape, gently surrounding participants in waves of sound that invite the body to soften and the heart to open.
Sound healing often leaves people feeling grounded, balanced, and deeply replenished as the vibrations help restore a natural sense of peace and flow. Many participants leave feeling clear, expansive, awakened, and renewed.
We hope you will join us! Doors open at 5:45pm.
Optional Microdosing:
A choice of either a 150mg gummy (standard microdose) or 200mg (maximum microdose) dark chocolate square will be available before class begins to help deepen awareness, calm mental chatter and come back to the body. Both are sub-threshold - meaning a very subtle shift in perception (mental clarity, alertness) will occur about 45 minutes into class and lasting until roughly 11pm.
Neither dose is high enough to register a noticeable change of consciousness of loss of cognitive control. You will be able to drive home, and there will be ample time after the soundbath to integrate and come back into the body.
The gummy may be the more appropriate option if you will be ending your evening within your normal bedtime range - it is a true microdose with no noticeable serotonin lift or 'sparkle.' The chocolate option, being right at threshold edge of noticing, will be the better choice if you want to spend more time after the ceremony doing personal integration - journaling, meditation, dance. etc. It will provide a subtle energetic lift until about 11pm.
