We'd like to welcome you to an immersive evening of sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, microdosing and somatic healing. Through intentional breathing, we can experience and profound source of vitality and states of emotional release. By directing our breath with mindful awareness, we can shift our state of being, finding balance and harmony within.

Paired with dynamic sound and the frequency of a microdose, we will journey through inner emotional landscapes and release stuck emotions, expanding consciousness and returning to the body. Doors open at 5:45pm.

About Our Instructors:
NIKKI CABALLERO (she/her) is a Sound Healing Guide, Certified Hypnotist and Energy Worker. Her work focuses on guiding individuals on their path to self-healing by teaching them how to access different levels of consciousness through sound and hypnosis addressing issues concerning the mind, body, and emotions. In addition, her practice weaves together her personal experience in the use of medicinal plants and herbs, symbolism, ceremony, moon phases and Jungian shadow work.
