While preventing failures is a big part of HA/DR. We all must accept that failures will happen more often than we like. When they happen we need to have a well designed but still simple process in place to handle the incident.

We will discuss how to start the incident handling, how to involve other teams if needed, how to communicate to the affected people and how to handle the post mortem to avoid the same issue in the future.
