Join us for an informative and interactive event focused on building your CV and digital profile, leveraging LinkedIn, to enhance your career prospects, coupled with an insight into recruitment in the tech industry.

This event is designed to support individuals who are beginning their careers or transitioning to the Tech industry, including those from diverse ethnic backgrounds. The event is hosted by Microsoft EMBRACE, a program that aims to create opportunities for underrepresented communities in the Tech industry.

Agenda

Part 1

Speakers, Abby Gelder (EMEA recruiter for Digital Sales at Microsoft), and Elinor Honigstein (Business Development Manager at LinkedIn), will be providing insights on hiring in the Tech industry, building a strong LinkedIn profile, getting good engagement on LinkedIn, how LinkedIn is used for recruitment purposes and more.

Part 2

You will have the chance to take part in a number of group and 1:1 workshops including CV review sessions, interview advice and exercises to help you make meaningful connections on LinkedIn and use it as a tool to get jobs.
