Hike Three Creeks Conservation Area
Three Creeks Conservation Area--Tomlin Hill Trailhead, S Tomlin Hill Rd, Columbia, MO 65201, USA, Columbia, MO, USHike the Three Creeks Conservation Area, Tomlin Hill Trailhead (3.5 mile loop). The area is very scenic and typically Ozarkian with cliffs, rock shelters and a variety of terrestrial and aquatic communities The trail would likely be classified as moderate with several water crossings; rocky in places.
Why:
To experience the beauty and health benefits of trails in the vicinity of Columbia, MO; to be an advocate for our wild & scenic resources. to re-create with like-minded folks who love hiking in the Ozark Highlands.What to Bring:
- Be prepared for the outdoors (incl rain, heat, bugs, sun).
- sturdy, water-proof hiking boots
- water
- snacks to share
- hiking stick (if desired)
- Appropriate clothing for the weather such as layered clothing, wool socks, and rain gear
