Weekly Writers' Critique Session

The weekly gathering of the Mid-World Arts Writers' Group. Everyone is invited. We ask that new members bring an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to the craft. Our group critiques the work of its members in order to better prepare that work for public consumption, whether through self-publishing or presentation to agents, publishers, or contests. We make each other better writers and we don't mess around while doing it.

We meet every Tuesday at 7:30 pm Eastern. The time zone's in there because we've had members from all over the world. Every fourth meeting is in person in the Indianapolis area. We do most of our business, including scheduling meetings, through our website at **https://www.smloy.net/iwm** and through the weekly newsletter I send out to members. That means you need to contact me via email at **stephanloy@yahoo.com** if you'd like to be an active member. That way, I can send you that newsletter. Meetings start at 7:30 PM (Eastern Time) when on Zoom and never go longer than 9:00 PM. An invite will be sent out to regular attendees and those who email Steve with an interest. This invite should arrive in your email Sunday morning. In-person meetings are at 3:30PM on Sundays at various public library locations.

Come, find your team. Friends and other loved ones are not enough of a sounding board for your writing. You need a good, honest, serious critique group, and this is it.
