In this first session, we’ll slow everything down and rediscover the power of presence. Together, we’ll practice simple body-centered exercises to quiet the busy mind, enjoy gentle movement to release tension, and step outside for a refreshing walk in the park where you’ll learn a grounding technique using your five senses.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, more centered, and connected to both your body and the beauty of nature around you.

This is a time just for you to pause, breathe, move, and connect with other women who get it.
