This session is a midweek reset designed for active midlife women who who crave more energy, strength, and balance in their bodies and lives, reconnected to their natural energy again.
Together, we’ll blend gentle movement, breath, and grounding practices that release tension and restore calm. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and re-energized for the rest of your week.
No yoga mat required. Just bring your curiosity, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to slow down and tune in.
