What we’re about

Your group is for both men and women who are young professionals to high powered execs who run large companies.

The goal of this group is to bring field day back in a different way. We are going to teach you the fundamentals of weight lifting to advanced weight lifting techniques. Trainings well be on:

Bodyweight fitness <br>Power lifting <br>Olympic weightlifting <br>Endurance training <br>Bodyweight conditioning <br>Implement conditioning <br>Speed work <br>Plyometrics <br>Injury prevention <br>ETC

To be a part of field day you must posses three qualities:

1. Willingness to learn <br>2. Coachability <br>3. Drive to be better

You must have all 3 to take part if you are missing one, it will not be a good fit for you.
