What’s Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) Portal?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal is an application that has the ability to expose certain CRM data out to external users. It was previously developed by Adxstudio and was acquired by Microsoft in 2015. The application can be configured by modifying data within CRM. We’ll be exploring what feature it supports and how it might fit your business needs with your CRM environment.

AI in the Power Platform

An overview of the AI Builder feature in the PowerApps platform, allowing you to implement your own machine learning processes, including: image recognition, binary prediction, business card scanning, text tagging, form processing, and sentiment analysis.
