A warm space for women to connect, reflect, and create.
Gentle connection through reading, tea, journaling, dreamboarding, movement, creativity, and deep talks.
Soft rituals, strong women. Bi-weekly meetings with a cozy connection through the Finnish winter season.

IMPORTANT: Spots are limited, and registration for this group happen only through google forms sent to applicants.
If you are not registered, you will be kindly asked to leave.

Come join us in a 8-session long peer support group which will meet twice a month, where you can

  • feel part of a community and learn from each other
  • develop awareness of how your everyday choices affect your mental wellbeing
  • learn how to better support your own mental wellbeing share your experiences with others
  • talk and engage actively in activities with others

During these 8 sessions we will discuss the book series Throne of Glass from Sarah Maas and share activities around the following areas which can support our mental wellbeing: Nutrition, sleep & rest, relationships & emotions, physical activity, creativity & pleasure.
Please note that this peer support group is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional therapy or crisis support. While the sessions aim to provide a supportive environment for women to share experiences and learn practical techniques for enhancing mental wellbeing.

Join us if:

  • You are a woman and 25+ years of age (LGBTQ+ Friendly)
  • You have been in Finland for a long time and wish to feel part of a community
  • You can commit to being present in all sessions during these 8 weeks

Time & Dates:
Book Discussions Every Last Tuesday of the month 18:00 - 20:00 (with exception of december 16/12 - moved earlier due to holidays)
The extra activities dates will be voted according to the group and external facilitators availability.
Starting date: November 25th
8 sessions in total

Location:
Lapinlahden Lähde, Valo-Tila in the main building, passing the cafeteria, second floor.

Places are limited and the group will close once it begins.
In order to ensure group cohesion, we ask you to be able to commit to being present in our meetings.

Participation is free of charge.
The group language is English.
