🇬🇧 Join us on Sunday, 21.09.25, 20:30-22:00 PM as we welcome the turning of the seasons with a cozy evening of reflection, connection and relaxation.

📍Location: Spazio M12, via Melzi d'Eril 12 (5 walking minutes from Tram at Arco della Pace)

✨What awaits you? Together we’ll explore what the Autumn Equinox represents and how we can transfer its meaning to our own lives. There will be a part of guided journaling, a space for community sharing and a relaxing Sound Bath to close our celebration. This gathering is all about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself (and other like-minded people) and celebrating the season ahead of us. It's a perfect self-care treat, if you need one. Come as you are, wear your comfortable clothes and bring a journal, if you have one.
