Details
Prior to the regular Mile High Writers Workshop, please join us for a brief gathering (30-minutes): a short sitting meditation (15 mins) followed by a timed writing prompt (15 mins) from the teachings of Natalie Goldberg (Writing Down the Bones & other books). Please bring a bolster/pillow/yoga block to sit on and a pen & paper. Come to meditate, stay for workshop, if you'd like. Open to everyone!
