Self-doubt is a habit that can be broken. Through training in authentic confidence, we can break out of the prison of low self-esteem that keeps us stagnant. In this talk, we will look at a few meditative techniques that help us relinquish self-limiting views, develop positive, realistic ways of thinking about ourselves, and make self-confidence a new habit.
