Our group is dedicated to helping individuals make a positive impact in their personal and professional lives by focusing on improving their productivity, overcoming procrastination, enhancing mental focus and developing their careers.
We aim to provide support, resources, and strategies to help members improve their personal productivity, achieve their goals, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

On Tuesday 28th May - you can join us at the amazing X+Why Unity Place and together we will get stuff done. Here's what you get:
- Full day pass at X+Why for the day
- Facilitated Morning Focus Forum session (usually £100 per person)
Here's how it works:
- Tell us what you want to focus on and Buy your ticket
- Turn up
- Participate in a fun and friendly focus forum and
- Lunch & Networking (your reward for getting stuff done!) - The most important part of this process) and networking with other Fab Focus Forum Fellows
- You can carry on working at X+Why for the afternoon on whatever you want to (or not - choice is entirely yours)
