Welcome to the Milwaukee Fitness Meetup Group! Our diverse community is dedicated to improving overall well being. We are a community of people interested in having a great time while spending time being active whether that means hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, or jumping in a group exercise class. Join us for exciting weekend, weekday, and evening adventures, from nature walks to zip lining, as well as relationship building activities. We offer guided meditations, group fitness training, gentle flow yoga, and kayak lake touring for recreational paddlers. Let's have fun, create a supportive community, and learn to eat well and live well together. Come and experience the joy of healthy living with us!
