This OMG run is every Friday at 6 am, leaving from Humboldt Park (Logan and Idaho) for a three to six mile lakefront run. We try to have 2 pace groups: of aprox 10 and 8 min miles, depending on who attends. If it'syour first timeat this run, ask forJames or Jonathan.
