BFH ("big friggin' hill") Run

Details
Ready to take your hill workouts to the next level? Then this is the run for you! The hill we will be pursuing is about 180ft of elevation and is used as a ski hill in the winter time. Admittedly, this is a rather big hill and it is harder than it sounds.
The current plan is to start with a two mile warmup before hill. There is also trails nearby as an option.
The general group goal is seven hills climbs but everyone can do as many as they want. However, when starting out, it's perfectly fine to start with one or two attempts. Also, this is not a fast workaround as it's mostly not possible to go fast up this hill.
Afterwards, there is a beer garden nearby with an amazing view, a big fire pit and free games such as bags. The beer tastes better with the more hills you do.
There was no good time to schedule this run and I may recommend the other hill run that goes at the same exact time for those seeking less extreme elevation. While this workout is difficult, the rewards are high in fitness.
Note: This is located in Whitnall park. As a backup plan once you see this hill, there are lots of other routes to run as well in this area.
