JS tooling has evolved massively in the last few years. A whole new range of bugs can be eliminated by simply typechecking your code.

This is a look into why typing is important in all JS projects, how it can help you find hard bugs, cut down on test bloat and increase reliability.

Includes an exploration of why we need types at all and why it's so hard to type JS, and a sample project showing how to easily incrementally type existing projects of any size with Flow.
