This talk will introduce attendees to Hubot, an open source robot who sits in your company’s chat client to help your developers by doing most of the heavy lifting. We’ll look at how he can bring GitHub and many core DevOps tools and philosophies to developers’ fingertips and why everyone on the team gains from this benefit.

Mike Nguyen (@MikeNwin) - is part of the Solutions Engineering Team @ GitHub -- working with customers to optimize their GitHub experience from configuration to process and practice. Mike is passionate about helping customers improve how they build software. Mike graduated from the University of Waterloo, starting his career in development. He made the move to technical sales, so he could help and work with customers directly -- earning experience from classic Waterfall development to modern Agile methodologies, as well as DevOps and Open Source principles.
