About us
You've run into a wall in our capacity to connect, knowing what you're looking to create in life, and lost some focus on relationships with the other men in your orbit. Keeping our focus on what is needed to contribute towards work and family seems to have the price of connection outside of our specific daily tasks.
MBC exists to bring relationship, communication, movement, and insight into the lives of men.
The purpose of the group is to increase a member's capacity and connection to mental, physical, and (most importantly) relational parts of life. Each cohort meets for 8 total weeks, with one session per week.
This upcoming group is tentatively scheduled for Sunday mornings, running from 10am to 12:00pm. The first half of each session is based on physical movement as the focus, the second half being spent in the group to process and connect with what has been happening for each of the members.
Engaging in the physical portion is for the purposes of creating stress, communicating need, finding support, establishing accountability, and admitting limitations. While it won't be a walk in the park, the outcomes of the physical effort we observe are less performance-based and more awareness-based.
