Welcome to the Mind-Body Resilience Collective — a community for people who want to feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically through simple, practical mind-body tools, supportive conversations, and meaningful movement.

My name is Rob Dudgeon, and I’m a Mind-Body Coach with a background in strength & conditioning, Injury/movement, and mental wellbeing supportive coaching and mentoring. I’ve spent years working in pain clinics, stress and anxiety support settings, and coaching clients through burnout, emotional overwhelm, and life change.
I believe that true wellbeing comes from connecting the body, mind, and lifestyle — and learning how to regulate, recover, and move with purpose.

This group is for anyone who wants to:
• reduce stress and overwhelm
• build resilience and emotional balance
• improve physical wellbeing through simple movement
• connect with others in a supportive, low-pressure environment
• learn practical tools they can use every day
