What we’re about

Mind-Body-Soul (M-B-S) is a new movement started by the World Spirit of the Game Foundation (SpiritoftheGame.org) which will typically start with yoga, then light exercise, and conclude with meditation, but we’ll also have numerous variations.

Have you ever wanted to try yoga or meditation in a beginner format? Or have you ever tried Taichi? And how about some Physical Exercise?
If you are interested in trying those activities at the same time, how would you like to be able to do them all at the same event?

Each day, you will find a different mix of Yoga or Tai chi, Physical Exercise, and Meditation. Let's have some fun, get active, and enjoy these activities at the same time after a long day at work. Our facilitators will be there to guide you through.

With the purpose of making you stay healthy and balanced both body & mind, we bring this activity to gather you in!

  • 1830 – Yoga/ Stretching
  • 1850/1855 – Light Exercise/ Fitness
  • 1930/1935 – Meditation
  • 2000          – Philosophy

We will be starting with weeknight Meetups at China Garden on Lake Zurich, officially starting Sept 4th.

In the beginning, these Meetups are available on a donation basis. In Zurich the suggested donation ranges from 15 CHF for students/primary caregivers to 30 CHF for fully employed professionals. These donations will be split between the non-profit, the Facilitators, and our volunteers who are organizing everything. 

For the 1st week of the Trial Run, we recommend a donation of 10 CHF. :)
