Looking for a group for expression and healing? Do you like expressing yourself creatively through the arts? Then this is for you! The goal of this group is to heal through artistic expression and mindfulness! Each time we have the group, there would be a different prompt or topic! Ideally, we would start with a meditation and then with a certain topic like improvising to a piece of music, expressing ourselves through art therapy, or taking pictures and analyzing how that photo makes us feel and (while connecting with nature!) The magical thing is whatever you express, it is authentically your own (your own signature)! There is also some sound healing that I might do as well! During the discussion of our weekly prompts, I may also mention the psychology behind the reason behind it. After the exercises and prompts, I would like to open the circle for anyone to share their experience or art! However, no one is ever required to share anything or do any form of art or expression that they do not feel comfortable doing (for example if you are not comfortable dancing you can do drawing or take a photo for instead), especially if it feels to personal or uncomfortable. This is a safe space✨💗✨🙏
