Reset, renew, recharge ✨🙏✨💗🦋

We will meet by the playground (in the front; as soon as you enter the parking for Chapparosa Park). As son as everyone arrives, we will all walk up the hill together. We will start with a little introduction and the goal for the group, and then we will start with a meditation. We will then work on some activities like a subject and free improvised dancing, drawing, or photography, whatever feels most comfortable to you and your own calling. I would like to end with your feedback on the excursuses that we did and then a a sound healing (with singing bowls). After the meeting, we are welcome to take a short mindful walk together (if it is not too hot).
