Practice and learn the first four exercises of the Baduan Jin or 8 pieces of brocade qigong form.

What we'll do
We will move our bodies, wake up and absorb a good amount of fresh oxygen in. Through health qigong, breathing exercises and mobility, we'll focus on enhancing various physical aspects such as back health, the well-being of internal organs, and joint mobility and flexibility, while also gaining cardiovascular benefits.
What do I need
- Comfortable, stretchy clothing
- A yoga mat, or a rug to avoid slipping
- A laptop or larger monitor and good sound to hear the instructions
The practice
This practice is accessible and easy to follow for those with healthy bodies. If you have any physical limitations or injuries, please inform me in advance so I can adjust the exercises accordingly. As a certified Health, Wellness, and Fitness coach with extensive knowledge in human anatomy—specifically spine health—I'm here to ensure a safe and beneficial practice for everyone.

Post-practice socializing
If time and interest permit, we'll stay and chat at the end of the class for 10-15 minutes
