Kickstart your weekend with a mindfulness morning in the park!
What's in it for me: A revitalizing morning surrounded by friends in the serene setting of the park. This will provide you with a good amount of energy to positively start the weekend.
What we'll do: We will move our bodies, wake up and absorb a good amount of oxygen in. Through health qigong, breathing exercises and mobility, we'll focus on enhancing various physical aspects such as back health, the well-being of internal organs, and joint mobility and flexibility, while also gaining cardiovascular benefits.
What to bring:
- Comfortable, stretchy clothing and a pair of sports shoes.
- A towel and water, especially if you tend to sweat.
The practice: This practice is accessible and easy to follow for those with healthy bodies. If you have any physical limitations or injuries, please inform me in advance so I can adjust the exercises accordingly. As a certified Health, Wellness, and Fitness coach with extensive knowledge in human anatomy—specifically spine health—I'm here to ensure a safe and beneficial practice for everyone.
Cost: This is a free event
Post-practice socializing: If time and interest permit, let’s go to a nearby bakery for a drink or snack and continue our morning further connecting.
