First come first serve basis, space is limited.

Join us for in person mindfulness meditation at Socrates Sculpture Park. Sessions are designed for all experience levels and practices include mindful breathing and walking, gentle optional stretching, and still meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion. A limited number of chairs are available to participants on a first come, first served basis. No RSVP or pre-registration required.

When you arrive, please choose a chair or place your seat or yoga mat keeping a safe physical distancing.
