The purpose of this group is to promote events that build relational skills, knowledge, and community around conscious connection. The group is led by Dr. Marie Thouin, dating & relationship coach and founder of Love InSight.

Our 90-minute virtual sessions include experiential skill-building exercises, accountability check-ins, coaching from your expert facilitator, and group discussions. All activities are voluntary, which means you get to choose when and how to challenge yourself.
Between sessions, you’ll gently expand your comfort zone and learn how to calm your Inner Critic through homework assignments. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to get and give support from your peers between meetings.
