Food has always brought people together.

This community is an extension of Mindful Eats Table, created for those who would like to stay connected between our supper clubs and gatherings. While our events bring people together around a shared meal, this group continues the conversation through friendship, learning, and community. In addition to community gatherings, members will have opportunities to attend Mindful Eats Table supper clubs, seasonal dinners, cooking demonstrations, and special events throughout the year.

We'll gather in parks, coffee shops, bookstores, farmers markets, and other welcoming spaces throughout South Florida. Members may host small kitchen gatherings, invite friends to simple cooking demonstrations, share recipes, explore whole foods, and learn practical ways to bring more nourishment into everyday life.

At its heart, this is a community built around food, conversation, curiosity, and human connection. Whether you're an experienced home cook or simply looking to meet like-minded people, you'll find a place at the table.

I'm Udenie, founder of Mindful Eats Table. After years of bringing people together through food, I wanted to create a space where those connections could continue beyond a single meal. My hope is to build a welcoming community where people can learn from one another, share stories, and create meaningful friendships along the way.
