Sacred Vision Map + Cookie Exchange

Join us for an evening of warmth, creativity, and community as we close out the year with intention and embodiment.
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding practice to help your body settle and listen for what’s emerging in this next season of your life. You’ll create your own Sacred Vision Map — a soulful, intuitive version of a vision board that centers your values, feelings, and desires for the year ahead.
Before our visioning practice, we’ll share in a cozy cookie exchange.
Feel free to bring:
— Your family cookie recipe OR
— A dessert/cookie from your culture OR
— Your favorite Healthy treat (no judgement here!)

We will have some herbal tea to share :)
