Healing Movement Practice
Details
What if you gave yourself permission to slow down, breathe, move, and listen to what your body is telling you?
Healing Movement is a trauma-informed, embodied spiritual practice that creates space to gently connect with ourselves through movement, breath, music, mindfulness, and reflection.
Together, we’ll explore movement as a way of noticing and moving through the emotions we carry in our bodies—whether that’s grief, anger, fear, shame, joy, or simply the everyday experiences that can be difficult to put into words.
No dance experience is required. This is not a dance class, workout, or performance. There is no right way to move. You’re invited to participate at whatever level feels comfortable for you, with an emphasis on choice, gentleness, and listening to your own body.

Come as you are. Move as you’re able. There’s nothing to perform and nothing to prove.
