Gentle yoga
Details
This is a slow and mindful practice that emphasizes deep breathing, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. This class is accessible to all abilities, providing a supportive and trauma-informed space to reconnect with the body.
Sessions alternate between floor yoga and chair yoga (on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday). Stay a bit longer on the last Tuesday of the month and join us for coffee or tea afterward!
