Welcome to Mindful Hatha Yoga Flow (Donation-Based) 🌿

This group is for anyone who would like to practice yoga outdoors in a relaxed and mindful atmosphere — regardless of experience level.

I recently completed my 200h Yoga Teacher Training in India and would love to gain more teaching experience while creating a small, supportive yoga community in Munich. So far I’ve mainly taught friends and small private groups, and now I’m excited to open these classes to others as well.

We combine gentle flow, breathwork and grounding practices with elements of strength, flexibility and balance. The sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create space to breathe and unwind.

The sessions are donation-based and open to all levels — beginners are very welcome 🌞

We will usually meet outdoors in Munich parks (for example Hirschgarten), depending on weather conditions.
Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
